Better than my last kitchenaid microwave

I love the preset buttons, as it takes the guesswork out of heating things up. I love the soften feature button for ice cream/butter. I™€™ve never had that feature before now. It fit into the space we already have for the microwave. It heats up everything evenly and is a good size inside for most all dishes you want to make. I love the 30 second intervals button for quick reheating of coffee.

It's a microwave that works.

We bought this after our five year old KitchenAid microwave stopped working. There were no replacement parts available. The original microwave was a bit larger in the interior, than this newer model. This model is not as user friendly as the model before.....

I bought this one in Nov, used for about 2 months, everything is fine, the only problem is the control button. After only two months, the cover on the stop and start It's already like this after only two months of use. I wonder how worn it will look after a year or two.

It allows only y one second to enter the cook time before defaulting to the power mode. When my disabled sister wishes to cook something for 5 minutes, after pushing the ™€œTime/Power™€ button, this oven allows only one second to push the number ™€œ5™€ before defaulting to the power mode. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!
