My washing machine passed away after 20 years. I had gotten it with Pioneer 20 years ago. So on Monday, Kyle got me set up for a new washer to be delivered on Tuesday the 24th Sam. And Javier were the gentlemen that came and delivered it. They were absolutely supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Wonderful wonderful kind, considerate, compassionate and very caring. Everything I have in my home is from Pioneer and I love that company. Thank you so much, everyone at Pioneer for making my life easier

I purchased a refrigerator and range from Pioneer Appliance this week. I cannot say enough of the positive experience I had from the sale to the delivery and setup. The service was exceptional. Purchased many items from Pioneer. They are a family owned business who care about their products and clients and give excellent service. Our big box stores can't give a definite delivery date but make sure they tell you it is $75. Pioneer delivers free and next day, helps with set up if needed. Support your local businesses, they care.

Great. Brand new dishwasher, Pioneer came out and accessed the issue. Gave me a timeframe for repair. Came out early and fixed the unit efficiently. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks. I like working with local Edgewater companies vs the big guys. Thanks again :)

I am very, very happy with Pioneer Appliance in Edgewater, FL. I originally purchased a GE dishwasher from David and it was installed by Chris. Both the purchase and installation were an excellent experience. Due to the great experience with my dishwasher purchase, I returned to purchase a stove and microwave. Again, the purchase, information prior to purchase, and the quick, quality installation was above and beyond my expectations. I will be returning to purchase and replace other old appliances. When I needed a new washer, I was exhausted just thinking about having to go to all of the local retailers to learn, compare, negotiate, and buy not to mention delivery and install. I stopped at Pioneer first knowing what price point I was considering after conducting research online. Pat was super helpful finding what I was looking for in seconds! Delivered next day. All I had to do is point to where I wanted the appliance. Could not be any happier with the sales and install.
