Worst microwave I have to owned. Loud like my old 50 years washing machine from day one. Just use cpl days only. I can™€™t stand it. Start looking another brand. GE going down with quality control to fast. I use to love it GE Aplaences but now not anymore. Bought kitchen set cpl years ago. Dishwasher stop working exactly in 3 years after stop warranty and microwave stop working in 38 months. Refrigerator still works thanks got.

This is my second purchase of this model. Our last one broke after about 2 years use. Very disappointed. I bought another one ONLY because the size fits our space. Otherwise I would not have purchased another one

Outside design is very sleek. Touchscreen, as opposed to microwaves with dials, etc. is easy to clean. The multistage cooking feature is great! I use it everyday for oatmeal. Especially love the timer. Instead of having to access my phone and then go to and set its timer, the microwave timer is handier and it only takes three keystrokes to start it. Perhaps GE would consider adding backlighting to the control panel to make it easier to read. Otherwise, I'm glad my previous, high-end microwave crashed because I like this one better.

Lacking Aesthetically

I have a black microwave. The key pad is difficult to see unless there is an overhead light on in the kitchen (back lighting the touch pad would be nice). Additionally, though it hasn't created a problem, the door doesn't line up as you would expect. Looks crooked though it does not seem to be a problem sealing the cooking compartment when shut.

Solid smaller countertop microwave

I've had this small countertop microwave for about 4 months and it does a very good job reheating leftovers and cooking fresh and frozen veggies - what I mostly use it for. I don't do complicated cooking with it. It has a decent capacity for being a smaller machine and I haven't missed my larger over the stove one at all. The only thing I would like that it doesn't have are lighted controls. It is a 900W microwave, less than my last larger one, but this hasn't been an issue. Another plus is that it was quite inexpensive at around $120. Definitely would purchase again.

A Bit Disappointing

Negative: **The door does not fit tight. Thus, it vibrates and makes noise on certain settings. ** Can't seem to make popcorn in my microwave popper without burning a clump in the center. Positive: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that the sound can be shut-off! No ear piercing beeping. ("Mute" light totally unnecessary??) Also, love that clock display can be shut-off.
