DO NOT BUY LG REFRIGERATORS. Our last two refrigerators were LG and both models in-door ice machine stopped working after less than 3 years. And the warranty does NOT cover it. What a silly thing to pay over $1000 twice for an unreliable machine. We are very dissatisfied and unhappy with our second purchase. NEVER AGAIN.

Bins in doors should and could be deeper. Especially on the left door. I am not even sure what to put into these tiny bins in the left door. There is a lot of wasted space. Shelves could have more optios about the height. The big drawer on the bottom of fridge should have a lid that automatically slides back when you open the drawer because ot is hard to reach items in the back. This drawer is too big and could use some dividers or bins inside. The French doors on the fridge should have an optional adjustment to make them open wider. Opening the freezer is hard. There is too much noise when opening closing the freezer. The water / ice dispenser swipe selector is cluncky and instead of a swipe it should be just a pressAlso there should be a custom set time before the chime would go on if fridge door is left open..

Our experience with LG and their delivery partner RXO has been beyond unacceptable. We have been without a refrigerator since January 13 2026 in a brand new home due to repeated delivery failures negligence and complete incompetence. There have now been EIGHT delivery attempts with no resolution. Attempt 1 2: Missing parts. Attempt 3: Delivery crew claimed they were not trained to bring appliances upstairs and demanded we sign a waiver releasing them from responsibility for damages. We refused. Attempt 4: Refrigerator arrived damaged. They refused partial delivery. I personally contacted LG for a replacement. Attempt 5: RXO refused delivery claiming there was ice on the driveway which was false. Attempt 6: They showed up with the SAME damaged refrigerator instead of the approved replacement. They delivered the washer and dryer and claimed they would return with the new refrigerator. That replacement then went missing. Attempt 7 Feb 16: After RXOs social media team contacted us due to a negative review we posted we were told the refrigerator was found and scheduled between 3-7 PM. We waited from 2 PM. No call. No show. The app later showed THEY canceled the delivery while claiming we did. Attempt 8 Feb 18: Unbelievable. The replacement refrigerator finally arrived and RXO damaged it AGAIN. At one point the refrigerator was completely lost in transit for nearly two weeks. Multiple calls to both LG and RXO resulted in nothing but excuses transfers and empty apologies. LG customer service has been just as disappointing. There is no accountability no access to a real manager with authority and calls are routed offshore to representatives who cannot resolve anything. Every call requires retelling the same story with zero ownership and zero urgency. Eight scheduled deliveries. Eight failures. Damaged units. Missing parts. Lost inventory. False delivery claims. No refrigerator since January 13. This is not a minor inconvenience this is basic functionality in a home. For a global brand like LG to operate with this level of dysfunction is shocking. There is clearly no coordination between LG and RXO and customers are left to absorb the stress wasted time and disruption. RXO is without question the most incompetent and disorganized logistics company I have ever dealt with. LGs inability to properly manage its delivery partner and provide meaningful escalation is equally concerning. At this point this goes beyond incompetence it reflects complete disregard for customers time money and basic needs. Technically zero stars I only selected one because it is the lowest option available. Extremely disappointed.

Please please please make this zero clearance French model in a 30 width. There are so many customers who have smaller condos and nobody make a higher end fridge for our needs. LG would completely corner this market. I just bought a new fridge and would throw it out if a 30 model ever became available.

LG is a joke. Our fridge is few years old and compressor went out. Its still under warranty but LG charges $460 for their flat repair. I have scheduled the appointment twice and paid for it every time I have to spend an hour on the phone or their chat to tell me their technician is on vacation. Apparently they only have 1 technician for whole Chicagoland area. Fridge has been broken for over a week and no remedy from LG. Many other better brands to choose from.

We purchased this item 2 months ago. The freezer failed for some reason possibly the seal on the door. Everything defrosted in the unit and had to be disposed of. LG no help. Told us they couldnt come out in our time frame leaving on vacation and that if we used our own repair person who wasnt authorized by them they would void our warranty. POOR customer service. POOR quality unit. nothing should go wrong at 2 months

This fridge has been problematic since I first purchased it. Arrived with a huge dent and multiple scratches. When I pointed this out to the delivery person he said he would be right back and literally climbed in his truck and left. It took many phone calls with customer service before I was able to get a replacement door. Within a few months the water and ice maker stopped working sporadically and I was told to defrost the fridge. This fixed the issue temporarily but it always started again. Two years later we still have water connection issues and now the fridge also makes a very loud noise.

Paid $2000No Refrigerator No Help

We purchased an LG refrigerator with delivery scheduled to our home and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The delivery team even called to say they were 30 minutes away then never showed up. Over an hour later we received a voicemail blaming a small lane closure and claiming they couldnt reach our house despite the fact that we live in a normal residential area with multiple accessible routes. To verify we even drove out of our neighborhood and there were no lane closures or restricted access anywhere. Since then Ive spent hours speaking with countless LG support representatives and LX Pantos employees and no one has been able to help take ownership or actually resolve this. We rescheduled for December 20th and again the delivery team was a no-show with zero communication. Even worse LX Pantos currently shows the refrigerator as delivered on December 12th even though we never received it. The driver notes simply repeat the same inaccurate small lane closure excuse. At this point this isnt a minor inconvenience its a complete breakdown in customer service communication and logistics. We now have a $2000 refrigerator that is unaccounted for and we are evaluating disputing the credit card charge because of the false delivery record and lack of resolution. Most importantly delivery and support are part of the customer experience. LG cannot separate or excuse delivery failures from the product itself. Customers dont just purchase an appliance they purchase reliable fulfillment communication and accountability. Right now all of that has failed. We just want what we paid for: either the refrigerator delivered promptly or a clear accountable resolution. LG needs to step in correct the false delivery status and actually take responsibility instead of bouncing customers between third-party partners. LG please contact me directly to resolve this. This should not be this difficult.

I was happy to order a refrigerator from the LG Partner store with the free installation and the free haul away service. What was not clear was that I had to order these services. There was nowhere in the checkout nor was it on the actual page for the appliance. Not until I called customer service did they tell me where to find this information. So when the delivery person refused to remove the old fridge I was highly upset. I have spoken to customer service twice and the best solution they could offer me was to cancel the order pick up the fridge repurchase the fridge pushing the correct buttons and then they would haul away mu old fridge. This makes no sense for anyone and I am very upset.

Its recommended that shelves be moved as a unit and not divided which leaves very little room to use on one shelf. Doors only open straight out so theres not much room to maneuver if you only open one door. Even with both doors open draws feel crammed in you dont have much room to move to get larger items in. A large gallon milk jug tea pitcher orange juice ect has to go in the door unless the one shelf is adjusted. I wish I had went to the larger counter depth even though it would have stood out more.

This fridge is replacing my 13 year old LG French door fridge and I am so very happy The in door ice maker has been improved with the additional ice stir to keep ice from clogging and also the customization of settings is beyond amazing Weve had this fridge for over a month and couldnt be happier Love the counter depth without loss of space. Be sure to download the LG app to gain full function of settings like a dusk to dawn light dimmer default setting for in door ice/water dispenser and to see how much ice and water is being used daily. Also I absolutely love the craft ice for my water bottles. The print proof stainless is also a huge upgrade from our last LG. Highly recommend

The actual height if this unit is 1/8 more than advertised. This caused us to have to cut our cabinets to fit. We measured as instructed and it should have fit. They had already taken our old fridge apart and it was loaded in the truck. Called Home Depot but they said return it. Well can not do that since the old one was gone. They promised 100 dollar credit. Never saw that either. Realize that the specs are wrong. They tell you to measure when they need to measure

Bought this fridge in 2021. Compressor died due to dust collection in the back. We live in a modern clean house. First time we have had this issue with any fridge. Even with a 10 year lifetime warranty we had to pay over $600 for LG service to repair it.. under 1hr. We were quoted $140 for 1 hour. 1 week later and $700 worth of medication damaged due to having to wait a week to get our fridge working again we are very unimpressed. I wouldnt by this product again due to post purchase support issues alone.

Does not make enough ice. The Craft Ice is great but you can only get 6 balls in 24 hours. If you drink a lot of water and like ice it doesnt make enough. I would love to swap out the craft ice maker in freezer for a regular one. I havent been able to figure out if that is possible. I thought this refrigerator came with a icemaker that had an option of craft/ regular.

This refrigerator is an absolute must have. I am so happy that I replaced my old one with this one. There is a control panel on the right side behind the door. It controls the temperature for the fridge and the freezer. There are 3 different ice function. The indoor ice is regular cubed and crushed ice that is dispensed outside the door along with filtered water. The craft ice is round slow melting ice used for hot summers and making cocktails. The ice plus produces ice at a much faster rate when you need lots of ice quickly like for ice chests or entertaining guests. There is plenty of space in the main part of the fridge the doors and the freezer. Plus many more superior and unique function like the snap into place shelving. This refrigerator is perfect for any household.

I just recently received my new LG refrigerator and I am very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the freezer As a family that purchases a lot of frozen food in bulk the freezer has plenty of room for all that was in our previous side-by-side fridge/freezer and more. Delivery and installation was a breeze and so far I am satisfied with the fridges performance. While I have not yet tried the craft ice feature Im excited for that nice luxury upgrade I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an upgrade to their current fridge. This fridge is next level. It has TONS of space without TAKING UP a ton of space. The edges are truly clean and fit snugly into whatever slot you put it into. The counter depth edge is flush and the door opening is flush as well. That with 24 cu ft of space is something I couldnt find elsewhere and Im glad we found it here

I am satisfied with the LG fridge I like that it has multiple ice options including the craft ice. It takes at leastleast 24 hrs before I started getting ice. You also have to run water through it to clean out the ice making gears it does give in off flavored ice/water flavor. The sleek ice dispenser in the door opens up more space on the shelves. Lose some door space shelves wide enough for a stick of butter to fit in. The other door has space for the milk and other items not ideal if you are a condiment person The fridge shelves have space and the third drawer in the fridge gives enough for cheese and meat some flat vegetables. I like that its counter depth and fits into the space Easy to clean stainless steel. The water dispenser is tall for water bottles.

This is a very nice counter-depth 3-door LG model I bought to replace a different brand of a 3-door model. I like that this model has more capacity particularly in the freezer compartment than my previous brand. I also like that it has an air filter to keep the air inside fresh which is a feature I havent had in any previous models Ive owned. The various ice cube shape options are nice to have as well. The refrigerator runs quietly and has worked very well Im very happy with it so far.

We had been in the market for a new refrigerator and decided to go with the LG LF24Z6530S. We love the size and sleek design. The lighting inside is nice and bright. The shelves are roomy an easy adjust. We love the clear roomy crisper trays. The ice maker works great and super fast and the craft ice has become a family favorite. While this refrigerator has a smaller ice compartment so far it seems to keep up fine with our needs and we use a lot of ice. We didnt necessarily need the counter depth and that may be the only issue for us. We wish we could open the top doors a little wider but for limited cabinet space this is a great refrigerator to have. So far we love it

We have a TON of sauces condiments and other essentials for our cooking habits. I really enjoy how easy this fridge makes it to keep them tidy and accessible. I dont need to dig through shelves to find what I need. The in-door shelves are really deep which is an upgrade for me. Im very pleased and I do in fact notice the difference with the slim profile doors and Zero Clearance Hinges. Its sleek and modern - Im happy they dont jut halfway out into the kitchen like my last fridge while still offering plenty of interior space. ALSO I always use a Stanley cup for ice and water throughout the day and the Tall Ice and Water Dispenser on this fridge makes it a lot easier to get my huge cup in there to fill it up. Thats a really nice bonus I hadnt thought about but am thrilled with. Ive always been a huge fan of LG TVs so I thought it was time to try their kitchen appliances and Im very very pleased that I have.

Its big enough for a family of four to store everything we need inside yet sleek enough to add to the capital value of our home. The zero clearance hinges are great. It fits nicely in several of the spaces in our kitchen that we are in the process of redoing. The LG Zero Clearance Hinges make this fridge sleek and versatile. It fits nicely into a smaller breakfast nook we are converting to a pantry because we can push it snug against the wall where theres a slight lip. I really like the thin doors as they make this rather large fridge appear less cumbersome. This refrigerator from LG is my second from them. Their quality and features have improved immensely even from one that was a dependable workhorse for almost 20 years that was still working like it was day 1. This new fridge really opens up the kitchen due to its reduced depth counter. The lighting was the first thing I noticed - it was bright and allows you to see everything clearly. The sectional panels were easy to change heights and water filter was easy to install. Big plusses are the craft ice for my whisky drinks and easy to dispense water from the outside so I dont have to manually fill them now.

My wife got this fridge and Im definitely glad she did I love the different shapes of ice and how fast it makes ice Its a very spacious fridge as well. We can fit quite a bit in the fridge and the freezer. I love that it has an app so I can adjust temperature settings get notifications if the door is left open or even track expiration dates. Would like there to be more options for setting the position of the shelves in the refrigerator. Need more flexibility for placement of taller bottles. I waited to write this review to give the fridge almost a month of use. And it is worth it. This fridge has been incredible. The double ice maker is awesome. I love the craft ice maker. They work awesome in my wifes stainless steel water bottle lasting longer than the smaller ice. The Smart app is also a nice addition. The door ice maker has got stuck a couple times but it is easy to fix by opening and either dumping the ice out or breaking it up. I noticed this occurred when we did not use it for the week we were on vacation. Temperature control is also great. Counter depth is really nice as you can see by the picture. The doors do not close the easiest which I have noticed being left open more than my previous fridge by my kids however the app notifies my phone and the fridge makes a sound. No other issues have occurred.

this is an odd yet expensive refrigerator. where do i start ... First of all the doors dont open very wide so it makes it hard to get things in and out of the refrigerator. im not a huge guy but when both doors are open my arms hit the sides of the doors when i reach into it. also both doors need to be fully open to get the cheese and meat drawer to slide. the craft ice maker is kind of a gimmick it takes up a lot of space and even though the ice container looks big it will only fill it to one layer which wastes more space also it only makes a couple ice cubes a day even on the fast mode which wouldnt be a big deal if the regular made enough ice to fill a Stanley cup but it cant keep up and also the door ice maker has a tendency to freeze up so you need to open it from time to time to break up the ice in the door ice maker. the dispenser for the door ice maker is really kinda slow too you will stand there for a bit filling a large cup. i contacted LG about my issues with the doors but they told me sorry you bought so you own it all in all it feels like a really cheap build and i wouldnt suggest you buy this unit i wish i hadnt ... in fact i wouldnt buy an appliance from LG again

Our new LG refrigerator is sleek and very functional. It exudes elegance and efficiency. I am especially pleased with the craft ice function as I enjoy a nip of whiskey from time to time. I feel comfortable in knowing that my food and beverages will be maintained at the appropriate temperature in order to keep them fresh. The outward appearance of the refrigerator is very appealing to the eye and its an excellent complement to our other appliances. The zero clearance hinges make it more convenient to move about the kitchen especially when there are many cooks about. The thin door design definitely contributes to a sleeker look without sacrificing storage space. The slim space plus ice system provides sufficient storage while saving space inside the refrigerator. The tall ice and water dispenser are quite good. The stainless steel finish also seems quite nice in that fingerprints are virtually nonexistent. I especially enjoy the water and ice dispenser which provides a varied selection of ice. One slight critique relates to the shelving we may need to modify the shelves so as to accommodate taller items in the refrigerator. As an aside I have found it especially convenient to add filtered water for our daily coffee from the on door water dispenser. All in all I am extremely satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.
