We purchased the cooktop on December 2025. It was delivered on 1-30-2026 and installed on 2-11-2026. I notified LG on 4-27-2026 of an issue. It took us and Loews calling until 5-15-2026 to get someone to send a Service man out. Once the service man came it moved fairly quickly.
