I was disappointed that I had NO choices when it came time to purchase a new GE 27"Bulit-In double electric wall oven except the color. I was hoping you had improved the design so that I could get my oven cleaner. The steam cleaning doesn't work at all and the Self Cleaning method is so unsafe for a built in and not recommended. Then the MOST STUPID thing is that I got a double oven and only one timer. There is that time cook which is STUPID too. If I am cooking batch #1 of 3 batches of cookies at 12 minutes each in the top oven and a roast for 3 hours in the bottom oven, how am I supposed to time that???? Why would I want to use the time cook and have the oven shut off after my first batch of cookies. That is RIDICULOUS. GIVE ME 2 TIMERS like I used to have. So now I have a brand new oven and have less the options I used to have. Then there is NO instruction booklet. How cheap can you be!!! I am 72 and I don't want to look on Facebook or Instagram for instructions I want a book included with my new oven in paidover $2,500 with installation. I tried to scan the code on the front door but there was too much reflection that it wouldn't scan. I have older friends that don't have a cell phone or a computer. What about that percent of people who are older and unable to access information like the younger generation does. Don't forget about us. Or poor people who can't afford those luxuries. One positive thing is that when I did make those batches of cookies, I did notice that they were evenly browned. When my last GE oven didn't do that. So that's why I gave you 2 stars. Why don't you ask us common people who use your product what is more usefull than some Harvard Grad Engineer who probably never cooked a meal in his or her life!!! One last thing, why do I have to add a picture??? Another STUPID thing. I have no pictures. This survey is so LIMITING!!!

We were replacing a double oven due to oven age and needing to upgrade. With space as well as electrical limitations, we searched for nearly 2 years for an oven combination that was convection and a second normal oven. This oven provides both as well as as has air frying capabilities. It is super quiet, reaches temperature quickly, provides online connectivity to check and has a larger internal capacity than the oven it replaced. We are ecstatic and love the cooking results.

I couldn't be happier with my new ovens. I baked weekly for family dinner night on Mondays. I had a gas oven for 35 years. Now my new electric ovens do a much better job and my desserts are better than ever. In addition, I get an air fryer and convection!!!!

Great oven, two disadvantages

Pretty good oven. It replaced the same general format which lasted over 25 years. We liked that model so much we went for the same one again but updated. Two issues noted with the new model: 1. Oven requires you to connect it to the internet the first time you try to use air fry. Otherwise, impossible to use this function. Why? What info is the oven feeding back, and to whom? I don™€™t use the app to work the oven and this seems an egregious misuse of my information without explanation. 2. Much slower to preheat that the previous model. Otherwise, pretty good oven overall and we are very happy.

So far so great! This was installed a week and a half ago to replace a old wall oven set that sometimes had to be turned off at the breaker and hadn™€™t had a working digital display in years™€¦..so we are delighted with this working and none fussy digital display, accurate working oven temperatures, browning convection roasting, bright oven light, and traditional oven racks that are easy to move. We would definitely purchase this set again based on our experience so far.

Have A double wall oven, with WIFI. Like the control panel, and overall style/Look. Does seem to take longer to preheat than our last oven but perhaps the control panel will last longer with the oven not so hot getting to the selected Temperature

Imagine my surprise when I tried to activate the air fryer feature on my brand new oven only to be told by the oven that I needed to connect the oven to wifi and the internet in order to use this feature. I am not interested in having my kitchen appliances connected to the internet. Honestly, I just don't understand the corporate rush to make all of these appliances "smart". I'm perfectly capable of using my appliances without using an app on my phone, thank you very much. The need to connect to the internet in order to use the air fryer is not mentioned on GE's web page for this oven so there is not a little bit of deception going on here. I'm extremely disappointed that I had to connect my appliance to the web in order to use a feature that I wanted and was a reason that I chose this oven in the first place. Shameful corporate behavior in my opinion, but what else is new? Corporations seem to just innovate and innovate new products and features that only serve to confuse and infuriate their customers. Why that is, I don't know.

Fingers crossed that it lasts 25 years like the one it replaced. The cutout in 3 different places (online, side of the box, installation instructions) were a little bit different. I ended up using the dimensions from installation instructions and had to increase the height of the opening about 3/8 of an inch and it slid right in.

This is a double oven with air fryer and convection options. Both ovens bake well. The ovens take way too long to heat up, almost 15 minutes. I tried to use the air fryer option the other day, only to find out I have to link the oven to WiFi to use it😤

Worse racks ever

This is my second GE oven, I returned the first oven that we purchased and bought this one, of which I am returning it as well I am truley done with GE. I like your ovens very much but you have a problem with the racks, the first oven the rolling rack was so tight I could not move it and when it was moved it took the coating and scraped it so bad. This current oven the racks are just as bad, when on high heat they stick to the oven and I cannot move them, they have scratched the coating so bad as well, I have just decided GE is not for me. The reason we decided to purchase a Ge was because you guaranteed it would fit if you previously had a GE and because we purchased this house 25 years ago and the oven just recently stopped working that was a sign of a great oven. But your racks are so unacceptable to me, I tried not to move the racks too much and my oven looks terrible. Also irritating was when I contact GE, with my first purchase and explained the issue and the recommendation was to put Veg Oil on the side, I will tell you that angered me my ovens coating is being scratched off and I could not move the rack my husband had to do it. No question were asked just use veg oil, ridiculous. So I did not even bother talking to GE with second oven I am returning it and I perched a different brand. The place I purchased these ovens from told me and acted like this just how GE ovens are, the delivery and installers same, I don™€™t get it you have such a simple fix get rid of those racks, coated ones are bad and they also seem to either expand or the coating sticks to the oven when oven heats up or both reasons, your racks are dangerous to try and pulled them out while cooking is not safe, you can rest assure it is stuck and hot food spilling while trying to get the rack out is very probable.
