So far so good. Even with smaller capacity, can fit a reasonable amount of clothes in each load. Gets the job done.

Runs very noisey when washing cloths, but cleans the cloths well. Access top lid is a very cheap piece of plastic that folds in half when open, very weird, it feels like the lid will break within the year to me.

After 4 months of use I am unhappy with this purchase. I've had issues with the plastic lid & with the "Suspension" of the machine. (I do not overload it) For $1,000 I expected years of worry free use. This has not been the case.

I am so happy with my new purchase. The accordion top loading washer is exactly what I needed due to overhead cabinetry. The washer fit perfectly into the existing space.

All I can say is the buttons wear out and that™™s been my week. Better off with a different brand. This washer became unusable after 4 years. Capacity is good but you can get an Avanti with the same capacity for almost half the price. GE hasn™™t been known for their washers and drys for a long time since the filter flo or early 00™™s. There™™s not much selection with these types of washers. I wish Whirlpool made a bigger one.

I™™ve had this a little over 4 years in my apartment and needed the wash disc replaced today. It is actually very big for one of these stationary washer machines. I can fit a full size Quilt at MOST! The spin light won™™t blink and redistribute if it is not overloaded. The door hinge is flimsy like another review has said so be easy on that. Lots of features and love the delay wash for my busy schedule.

Flimsy plastic folding door. Hinge broke. worked for a while if fiddled with but now it only has error door lock message and will not work. Theres no replacement parts listed anywhere.

This machine has not worked properly since I received it. It "clicks" when washing, the spin cycle leaves the clothes very wet and most importantly the spin light continues to blink (it spins then refills with water) I have to stop the machine and hand wring out the clothes and let them drip dry in the shower before I can put them in the dryer. Also, the infusor starts before it has water in it.

This washer is a separate unit from the dryer. It uses a typical 120v outlet. It was very difficult to find a washer that was compatible with 120 voltage. This washer has worked well. It was easy to install. The tub is medium size so it handles my weekly wash easily. The dryer that is paired with the washer needed a special stacking frame. I had to find an outside contractor to install the frame. If you are planning to purchase both the washer and dryer, be sure to confirm how the dryer will be installed before purchasing the dryer.

The washer is absolutely perfect for our space and electrical limitations! I can do a much bigger load of laundry, it takes less time than before, and I'm not having to do laundry as often. I absolutely love that the top folds back because we have to stack the dryer on a rack above it. I'm really looking forward to seeing how much money we save on our electric and water bills.

Because of space limitations, this washing machine was the only one I could find. Still, after several uses, I am impressed with the results. The capacity is greater than that of my old washer, surprising for a smaller machine.

I was worried that the load capacity would be too low for my needs. Although I do put in smaller loads than my previous full size machine, this one does a nice job with loads that are adequate. Although I may do more loads, I the machine uses far less water and is easy on the clothes.
I will say that the 4 month wait to get the machine was horrible. Apparently there was little Home Depot or anyone else could do to speed things along.

The water hoses should be flush mount, and the electric plug should be a flat plug, otherwise the wire sticks out of the wall 3-4 inches, with the water hoses. I have to reprograms the machine every time I use it. The preset settings are a nuisance. Every time I was, I need to reset the machine. The water pump in the machine turns on and off so violently, the plumbing in my house rattles. Also, the power cord is located right below the water hoses...wonder what would happen if the hoses leaked...

I can't detect any difference in the quality of the wash with the longer time. I bought it because the old one became unbalanced, and the spin cycle stopped. The new one spins the clothes really dry, and I don't even have to use the extra spin cycle. I recommend this to anyone who has to put their washer in a closet, such as a small apartment, or condo.
